Job Description:
The Cloud Integration Specialist will contribute to the success of the Jindabyne data and analytics platform by delivering solutions for the integration and processing of data in the Jindabyne environment to support Energy Markets data and analytics programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Jindabyne security is maintained
- Work directly with Origin technical SMEs to implement Jindabyne based solutions for data integration, production and analytics in business-critical applications and solutions
- Provide second and third level technical guidance and support for Jindabyne capabilities, platforms and technologies
- Design, implement and support new and improved Jindabyne platform capabilities
- Design, implement and support data integration solutions between Jindabyne components and non-Jindabyne systems using advanced cloud-based technologies
- Design, implement and support data processing solutions within the Jindabyne environment using advanced cloud-based technologies
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience working with technical SMEs to design, implement and support data/system integration solutions
- Hands-on experience with software development using Python.
- Knowledge of devops pipelines
- Working knowledge of RDBMS principles and some familiarity with SQL
- Tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline
- Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies with a focus on security, networking, computation, storage and application integration components
