- Strategic planning: Identify issues or gaps, analyze and take initiatives.
- Ensuring excellency of customer satisfaction and an optimum level of quality
- Develop critical insights by analyzing datasets, and connecting the dots
- Coordinate large cross-functional processes.
- Being responsible for client relationship, key account management and business development in the country
- Research for effective operational tools and be the one to execute daily operation tasks.
- Suggest continuous improvement cycle.
