Job description / Role
Liaises with clients and acts as a legal advisor regarding their enquiries; face-to-face, or via
email on issues such as WPS, trade license applications, renewals and expiry.
Provides support to the Operations team.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects,
expediting work results
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and
identifying solutions
Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping
systems, forms control, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing changes
