Job description / Role
– Oversees operations of ongoing project(s) simultaneously
– Advises effective methodology of operations and gets involve from the inception of any new project starting from its tendering stage
– Ensures that projects are being completed competently, successfully as per the approved budget
– Coordinates & follows up with procurement, commercial and finance, cost control departments for timely availability of material, funds etc.
– Works closely with Project Managers to ensure the progress of work as per approved timeline
– Works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the effective utilization and management of cashflow
– Creates and executes operations work plans and revises them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements
– Oversees scheduling, quality assurance, and safety on the job site and to ensure safety & compliance with all specifications
– Maintains all client & consultant relationships
– Manages day-to-day other operational aspects of projects as per the project scope
– Minimizes exposure and risks on projects
– Identifies needed resources and assignment to appropriate personnel effectively
