Our client is a well known established training center (with a headcount of 35+) offering Information Technology trainings, Project and Process Management courses, Business/ Soft Skills workshops as well as English courses. They wish to hire an Operations Coordinator with multitasking capabilities. A young male candidate with the right attitude and approach, willingness to learn, preferably, in the age group of 22-26 years, self-driven, passionate about work. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must for this role along with great operational & organizational skills, and excellent English communication skills. Incumbent will be reporting to the COO with the responsibilities which will include following up on daily work and calls of the COO. On operational aspect, the responsibilities will be related to training courses – creating & editing training contents, editing online social media related posts, creating PPT presentations and excel files related to courses and training materials. Must be proficient in creating excel, word and power point presentations (PPT). Should be well versed with Linkedin and other Social Media platforms as well. If the incumbent has sales skills and can help our client with sales calls and follow up too, will be an added advantage. Salary will depend on work experience considering operations and sales expertise and precisely what value he can add to the corporation
