Operations & Client Relations Executive up to 9k Aed for a Business Setup Firm in Dubai
• Manage clients’ journey through renewal process
• Follow up on payments on all unrenewed/AWOL clients
• Always develop customer loyalty through exceptional customer service and rewarding long standing customers with benefit
• Answers phone calls and all other type of communication such as SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer contact records within Zoho CRM – Website, social media page, number of visas in the company, business activity, issues that have arisen
• Increase the company revenue by upselling various products by displaying excellent sales and negotiation skills
