Position Title: Operations Admin

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 7,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:

The hiring company is a prominent Business Set Up consultancy in Sharjah handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region

Job Role:

Serve as the Point of Contact for PCPs

In charge for the processing of the following: employment visa, change status, Visa Stamping, Cancellation, pre-approval, attestation request process, NOC, MOA/OA, license renewal including amendment process, and formation cancellation processing

Update company application processing sheet such as renewal, formation cancellation, MOA, OA, pre-approval, NOC, and priority application)

In charge of releasing of E-visa, change of status, NOC, attested documents and letters in Onbase

External releasing of residence visa, cancellation, formation cancellation and immigration card (new and amendment)

Import Zoho Concierge Opportunity daily and updating company details in Zoho CRM
