This dynamic role will see you lead a team of up to 5 Developers, providing technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to ensure a high performing team. You will design, develop, extend and maintain microservices (in Node) and micro-front-ends (in React/Redux) provide a solution architecture for large features. You will ensure that your team delivers major features on time and within budget, whilst engaging with a diverse range of key business stakeholders. You will encourage your team to continually improve their Agile practices and have overall responsibility for the platform’s performance, security, reliability, and maintenance

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• The right attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• 7+ years solid development experience
• Excellent technical leadership experience across a broad range of technologies
• Ability to quickly understand complex technical situations and clearly communicate the available options to business stakeholder
• 3+ years of Node.js development experience
