Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Store Support Team Member to complement our overall I.T Stores Team. T his role provides critical support to our vast network of stores and is an important part of ensuring our customers can make bigger things happen.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completing and assisting with on-going project work and piloting of new technologies and systems
• Build, procure, deploy, and support Officeworks store-based infrastructure
• Deploy and provide 2 nd /3 rd level support for Officeworks store-based applications
• Monitoring and responding to incidents, ensuring you identify, resolve or escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
• Assisting and supporting the Store Support team, which includes ensuring knowledge articles are kept up to date and training opportunities are identified and performed

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Developing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell across applications and Software Deployment templates
• Sumo Logic, Datadog, Nagios, Cylance, VMware, AirWatch, Ivanti Landesk, SCCM, Cisco IOS & Meraki, Powershell, SQL, AWS and ServiceNow
• Experience with supporting IT in a retail environment
• Building, patching, and supporting of POS hardware, remote site-based servers, workstations, professional imaging printers as well as network infrastructure.
• Management of DNS, DHCP, DFS, Office 365, Active Directory and Group Policies
• “Can do” attitude with the ability to work independently, yet part of a temporary virtual team
• Problem Management, investigate the root causes of incidents for the proactive prevention of problems
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2/2016.
• Developing SOE builds in for different environments using SCCM / Intune or Ivanti Landesk
