Job Description

We are looking for office girl that can also do basic reception work.


• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.

• Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.

• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

• Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.

• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

• Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.

• Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails.

• Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.

Welcome visitors with a professional and cheerful outlook, facilitating them to meet the required company personnel.

• Good English speaking• Good communication• Must know how to use basic computer• Must be good at answering phones• Be able to welcome guests• Make beverages for staff and guests• Know how to photocopy/scan documents• Help out with basic admin work• Maintain the office cleanliness• Maintain personal cleanliness
