Job description / Role

1. Help in preparing meeting rooms and serving coffee or tea to clients

2. Prepare regularly scheduled reports like sales emails and QDs

3. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

4. Help in supervision of maintenance of office facilities and equipment

5. Purchase office supplies

6. Run general errands

7. Provide general support to visitors

8. Collecting and delivering mail

9. Other office duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing, handling phone calls, etc

10. Any other duties deemed necessary
