Job Description

Olive Tree is looking Administrator to look after the day to day workings of the Real Estate and Facilities Management Offices . The Administrator will report to the Management.

The Ideal Candidate should possess :

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate and Facility Management.
  • Thorough Knowledge of Property Listings on the different advertising portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle)
  • Plan, coordinate, direct and control the day-to-day admin activities and duties
  • Maintain the highest standard of customer care, so that internal and external customers receive a positive experience and impression
  • Support the team with sales and leasing transactions
  • Receive payments and prepare contracts
  • Maintain updated records and reports
  • Report to the management to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
  • Knowledge of Dubai Rest application
  • Knowledge of the Sale Transaction Forms

Required Skills : Post-secondary education with over 2 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge of rules and regulations of UAE real estate industry is a mustAbove average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)Excellent written and oral communication in EnglishHigh attention to detail, good time management and multitasking skillsDubai based is a MUST
