Overview of the role

 

The Off boarding Specialist is responsible for coordinating the separation process for departing employees. This includes working with HR, payroll, and other relevant departments to ensure that all necessary steps are completed in a timely and effective manner. The Off boarding Specialist will also conduct exit interviews with departing employees and collect feedback on their experience at the company.

 

What you will do

 

Coordinate the separation process for departing employees, including the return of company property and the completion of final payroll and benefits paperwork Transfer outstanding work and projects to other team members as needed Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and collect feedback on their experience at the company Maintain accurate records of off boarding activities Provide support and assistance to HR and other relevant departments as needed

Skills
Required skills to be successful 2+ years of experience in HR or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office What equips you for the role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
