Job description / Role
The Night Manager assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects, including operations, planning, budgeting and training.
• He will representing the management during the night.
• Conduct briefing to Front Office team during the night, including issues, promotions and VIP arrivals.
• Greet guests and ensures guests satisfaction upon check in, during the stay and check outs.
• Deal with complaints, disturbances and any issues that will arise.
• He will be working closely to Housekeeping Department.
• Other tasks to be assigned by Front Office Manager.
