• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the whole team
• Helping the team have fun on shift
• Leading by example and motivating the restaurant team to be brilliant in every way
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Helping achieve restaurant goals and celebrate the wins
• Be part of the restaurant leadership team
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager to run brilliant shifts
