Myer Vacancies – Analyst Online Planning

Job Description:

Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, this newly created role will manage the eCommerce trade planning, reforecast and budget process (sales, profit, and website metrics) as well as producing eCommerce analytics to provide actionable insights to the Online Trade Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for driving sales, profit, conversion rate and average order value for all Myer ecommerce channels
• Be responsible for Daily, weekly, and monthly seasonal trade planning & reforecasting.
• Reporting & Analysis – Review weekly / monthly online trade reports and provide ad-hoc insights to improve eCommerce metrics.
• Collaborate and Cross-functional collaboration and communication. Esp. with the Online Trade Team, Merchandise, Digital marketing, UX, IT and Fulfilment team to align on trade plan initiatives and timing.
• Collaborate with Online Fulfilment to develop and communicate channel fulfilment forecasts.
• Coach the online trade team to develop data driven decisions and actions.
• Working with the Merchandise Planning teams and Online Trade team, develop and maintain seasonal online budgets and forecasts.
• Identify business trends and opportunities to optimise sales, profit and improve CODB impacts.

• Solid experience in eCommerce trade planning, ideally in the retail sector and with P&L responsibility
• Experience with website analytics, ideally Google Analytics
