Job description / Role
Mould and Fabrication Foreman up to 6k Aed for a Precast Manufacturing Company in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Responsible for casting of moulds fabrication, in accordance with daily casting schedule
• Follow the pre-established schedule for new moulds fabrication and casting
• Responsible for delivery and necessary modification as and when required
• Follow up drawings for each mould during fabrication and when completed, request the Quality Department to check the finished mould
• Ensure that all equipment, materials and consumable are available for moulds fabrication and casting
• Report to the Factory Manager on a daily/weekly basis for the following:
• Daily progress of work for each mould
• The approximate figure of man-hours spent per job on a weekly basis
• Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances
• Ensure that the workplace is safe for all activities under his supervision
• Drive the employees to understand their roles, responsibilities, and expectations regarding the Facility EHSS Plan and enforce EHSS work rules consistently
• Participate in preparation of risk assessment and Job Safety Analysis/Job Hazard Analysis for his respective activities
