Job Description:

We’re looking for someone to join the online team as an Online Specialist in the Operations Team at our support centre in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the online team as we see significant growth in the business.

Job Requirements:

• Within this role, tasks may include managing status updates, budget management, coordination of project plans, managing/mitigating risks and working with stakeholders from across our business including external providers.
• Use inquisitive analytical skills to identify opportunities and resolve problems driving continuous improvement in areas such as damage, packing, and refunds.
• Define and deliver process change that leads to smarter ways of working and drives improvement for our customers taking a lead in our operational and planning reviews with our fulfilment partners.
• Gather project data, track status and provide standardised management information to key decision making forums supporting our growth projects.
• Supporting fulfilment operations to deliver a first class customer experience interacting with all our stakeholders across the end to end operation to ensure effective flow of goods.
• Work with stakeholders to define and validate inputs that drive our order plan and bring to life with our external partners to establish labour plans to pick and deliver to our customers.
