Job Description:

The Regional COO (“RCOO”) partners with and supports the Regional Director to help develop and drive the execution of key Firm and regional objectives, including developing and tracking accountability metrics and remediation plans as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the FA business planning process/penetration end to end
  • Work closely with RBSO on Real Estate, Expense Management, Headcount Ratios, FA comp policies and exceptions
  • Partner with Office of Business Management on Manager/FA metrics review and various other programs/initiatives
  • Manage Business Planning and Quarterly Business Review for Regions and branches
  • Review daily revenue activity with RD, understand P&L drivers, and develop/monitor plans to address each
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Managers to plan and execute on Regional Director’s growth and revenue initiatives as well as accountability metrics
  • Drive regional peer to peer coaching programs, Family Wealth Specialist, Certified Financial Planner (selection, reporting, rewards)
  • Integrate and provide support for regional Banking team’s initiatives as part of the regional plan
  • Oversight of Regional FAA program, accountability metrics and plans to address shortfalls
  • Provide direction/oversight to the Regional Training Officer
    Partner with Strategic Lead Management for connectivity to branches
  • Manage external relationships
  • Coordinate funding requests from the region and offices with Asset

Job Requirements:

  • Strong retail product knowledge
  • Possess excellent oral, written communication skills, and exceptional presentation skills
  • Creative, innovative and independent thinker
  • Strong judgment and ability to identify and prioritize based on business imperatives and risk considerations
  • Strong analytical skills, performance and metrics tracking
  • High levels of interest and proficiency in working with large and disparate data & sources, detail functions that support business processes and understanding requirements of systems in order to enhance processes are necessary
  • Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment
  • Proven people and project management skills
  • Successful track record of motivating direct reports and partners to action
  • Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years in a sales strategy, data analytics/metrics and regional or national leadership role
