This is an asset management company in Dubai who are going through a period of sustained and impressive growth. They are seeking to hire their first lawyer as a cost cutting measure, and are offering a long term track for progression
Description
* Involved in the structuring of funds – prospectuses, memorandums, launching SPVs, etc
* Act as primary contact to liaise with regulators
* Manage budgets for external counsel
* Generalist corporate/commercial responsibilities
* Work closely with the compliance team
