We are looking for a Group Manager to lead the team bringing in this transformation with first-of-kind business applications that provide the right tool at the right time to get work done faster, more accurately and more efficiently. This team spans across multiple locations in the pacific time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a strong and active network with other Customer Success Leaders, Customers, and Chief Architects to guide/council on technology trends, and Mixed Reality adoption.
  • Driving the adoption and consumption of Mixed Reality Apps and proactive support through discipline in RoB processes, identifying / prioritizing resources to key deliverables, escalations, top blockers, and sponsoring systemic improvements to the product.
  • Building key customer relationships and act as exec sponsor for them, enabling the customers to succeed with both the MR applications and more broadly with Dynamics 365
  • Building strong relationships with partner Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Coaching and managing a strong cross-discipline team that spans Product Management & Engineering across geographies.
  • Building products that resonate with customers and help deliver against business metrics and goals around customer adoption, usage & satisfaction.
  • Crafting and executing strategy for high-tech offerings in the Mixed Reality business apps space that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible today.

Job Requirements:

  • Managing software product and/or engineering teams with multiple layers of management
  • Strong design, architecture, and problem-solving skills
  • Delivered software that scales to millions of users with high customer satisfaction
  • Building go-to-market, business, and partner strategy by partnering with others in the organization
  • Fostering a team culture of high collaboration, transparency, inclusiveness, and trust
  • Creative and strategic thinking to solve problems that haven’t been solved before.
  • Inspiring and fostering a culture of customer centricity, attracting, developing, and retaining deep technical resources, and/or business and project management resources.
