Job description / Role
MEP Technician up to 3k Aed for a Facilities Management Company in Dubai UAE
• Plans and schedules repairs
• Repairs damaged equipments and faulty structures
• Maintains the inventory records for equipments and supplies
• Confer with customers to determine the nature of malfunctions
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance procedures
• Manages heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
• Inspects buildings, equipment and systems to identify any problems
• Conducts quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure its up to standard
• Adjusts, repairs or replaces defective wiring and relays in ignition, lighting, air-conditioning and safety control systems using technician tools
