About the role

In this interesting role, you will control and maintain the Menu Grid and specification. You will be responsible in providing proper Menu Grids Information & Data to the Production Team, as per the scheduled approved by Executive Chef. You will receive menu updates from customer, RFC (request for Change) and inform Production team about it. You will perform other related administrative duties as required by the Executive chef.

To achieve success in this role you will need to:

  • Attend full participation of menu presentations, ensure every detail relating to Photos & menu grid is captured.
  • Provide latest final menu grid Sign off by the customer to production department as per the scheduled time approved by Executive Chef.
  • Secure all the information taken from any presentation.
  • Secure all signed menu data and maintaining it confidentiality.
  • Prepare & build the menu specifications as per QACC approved format.
  • Prepare, maintain monthly menu cycle change (MCC) flyers and issue to all Production & assembly and assist for any clarifications required 15 days before the new cycle start.
  • Communicate instructions on changes requested Executive Chef to relevant departments through emails, Briefing or telephone.

About you

You should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 1 year of job-related experience

OR High School Qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience.

In addition, you will have the following job specific skills:

Demonstrate knowledge of conducting Training Needs Analysis with the below:

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
  • Ability to train and develop subordinate’s skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – specifically in Excel.
  • Good organizational skills.
