As the Cardiac Diagnostics & Services (CDS) business continues to grow we are hiring a high-level Principal Market Development Manager (individual contributor) to lead and drive further indication penetration within the stroke market. You will be a member of the Diagnostics Market Development team and will be empowered to lead the stroke indication, pathway development initiatives, cost-effectiveness efforts, and collaborate with key partners

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading market development effectiveness initiatives to quantify the impact of market development field activities
  • Partnering with our global marketing liaison and our global teams to identify strategies to address barriers and grow stroke in global markets
  • You will work closely with the market development team, the area stroke market development managers, and CDS sales leadership
  • Partnering with our area stroke market development managers, CDS sales leadership, and the strategic sales organization to drive our strategy for stroke pathways across healthcare systems
  • Partnering with our clinical team on the DiVERT Stroke clinical study to ensure our desired commercial claims are addressed in the study
  • You will be setting strategy for stroke marketing and the indication’s market penetration growth.
  • Partnering with the health economics team and regional economics managers to maximize our cost-effectiveness messaging and impact in the market through various customer channels
  • You be a key partner to the CDS clinical team, health economics team, and the strategic sales organization to develop strategies and initiatives that accelerate the execution of stroke pathway initiatives across the organization.
  • Leading stroke customer education programs and initiatives to increase awareness of the need for ICM and to enable patient care pathways for the LINQ family of ICMS.
  • Leading stroke customer engagement, ad boards, KOL, and product advocate plans in conjunction with the marketing and sales leadership team
  • You will lead the execution of market development initiatives to drive referral pathway development and help to build the need of LINQ family of ICMs for stroke patients.
  • You will lead stroke indication key performance metrics to continue to tell the story of growth and the need for continued investment.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • MBA or other Master’s degree
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the CDS business or ischemic stroke would be preferred
  • Ability to develop business strategy and then operationalize the strategy into behavior change and action
  • Ability to partner & collaborate across various functions
  • Strong project management and influence management skills
  • Experience developing relationships with KOLs and hospital administration
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing, market development, program marketing or sales role (8 years with Masters)
  • Experience with market development in a growing indication or therapy area
