Job Description:
We are hiring a downstream focused Global Product Manager to join our Patient Management Commercial Marketing team to promote and grow the Paceart franchise. You will lead marketing activities for Paceart including the launch of Paceart Optima 1.9, product messaging and positioning development, sales enablement including competitive positioning and collateral creation and dissemination, customer engagements, vendor management, and commercial guidance for education and training materials and programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design a customer workflow improvement consulting program that can be used to engage and retain customers
- Provide guidance and support to ongoing value-based healthcare program pilots like the SmartShock program
- Manage and nurture Paceart KOL relationships
- Able to travel domestically and internationally in support of customer engagements and Medtronic activities up to 30% of the time
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations to develop customer training and educational materials and programs
- Create and manage content for customer-facing engagement including newsletters, best practices, and webinars
- Collaborate with product managers across Patient Management and the Cardiac Rhythm Management business to ensure a coordinated commercialization approach and footprint
- Collaborate with Patient Management CareLink Product Managers on portfolio Economic Value evidence development
- Provide marketing support for prospective customer engagements alongside the Paceart sales team
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Understanding of market research methodologies and interpretation
- Experience or exposure to using non-sales channel marketing, including the use of key opinion leaders, peer to peer education programs, and digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills
- Project or program management experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Sales Support, or Technical role (2 years with an Advanced Degree)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA or Advanced Degree
- Program design and execution experience
- Experience in medical device marketing or sales
