Job Description:
We are hiring a Sr Marketing Ops & Insights Analyst to join the Patient Management Commercial Marketing team! If you are the type of person who enjoys getting your hands on data to analyze to help drive business decisions, provide competitive intelligence and offer insights to leadership – this could be the role for you! This role also offers the opportunity to be involved on the Marketing Operations side to help keep initiatives running smoothly and drives efficiencies where needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide competitive intelligence/insights, organizational updates, and response recommendations
- Manage the Patient Management Masters field program
- Provide Business Reporting & Marketing Performance Metrics
- Liaise with Medical Education teams and programs
- Support Patient Management’s Conference Strategy
- Manage and coordinate Patient Management medical education content on Medtronic Academy
- Manage functional improvement and standardization of various marketing processes (e.g., Product development process, Integrated Marketing Communications, document management)
- Execute Marketing Technology and efficiency initiatives
- Support Marketing team training and development
- Identify necessary improvements in and lead the development of new Marketing onboarding and training processes
- Develop and provide analytics to support marketing initiatives
- Support Advisory Boards and drive KOL/Influencer Strategies
- Manage Commercial Marketing team SharePoint site
- Promote marketing team effectiveness by improving and standardizing communication within Patient Management Commercial Marketing and with cross-functional partners such as Marketing Communications and Medical Education-functionally.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Eloqua or Salesforce
- Previous experience successfully managing multiple projects including tracking activities, budget spend, and outcomes
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams, both virtually and in-person
- Process improvement experience
- MBA or Advanced degree
- Ability to advise and influences stakeholders at all levels of the business to achieve strategic objectives
- Medical device or healthcare industry experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills ability to manipulate and interpret data
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in a marketing, analyst, program management, operations, or process improvement focused role (2 years with Advanced Degree)
- Experience with SharePoint, including updating and creating content/pages
- Experience using statistical and data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Tableau
- Excellent operational skills with financial/business acumen and strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
