Job Description:
As a member of the Canadian IHS team, the Associate Advanced Analytics Analyst will work closely with IHS colleagues, Business Unit colleagues and customers to ensure successful execution of our engagements. Under the leadership of the Integrated Health Solutions Director, this role will support specific projects with hospitals and regional healthcare providers that will further the use system optimization opportunities and healthcare improvement initiatives. This position will play a key role in the development of Analytical tools that support IHS project initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business.
- Work closely with clients in understanding key business issues.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to solve challenging business problems. Leverage a diverse set of technologies and tools to deliver insights.
- Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems.
- Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
- Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.
- Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.
- Gather and analyze requirements to develop impactful recommendations and solutions.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- No minimum years of relevant experience
- Confidence in dealing with all roles and responsibilities across clinical and hospital settings
- Experience in machine learning/deep learning
- Familiarity with Flask and React
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Highly proficient with JavaScript, Anylogic, Python
