Job Description:
Support the development, management and delivery of high quality learning technologies, e-Learning content development and digital learning materials to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and development service delivery
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for all aspects of learning and development, including the drafting and maintenance of relevant documentation required to enable virtual/online learning
- Provide support to users related to learning systems
- Manage the systems set-up, release and management of eLearning courses
- Support the development and rollout of digital learning courses and related resources in line with the group Learning and
- Development strategy
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 5 years working experience in the field of online course development and administration of a learning management system
- Experience in designing and developing high quality learning materials including web-based learning using authoring tools
- Certification in Online Instructional Design will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information / Educational Technology / Instructional Design or Instructional Systems Technology
