Job Description:
- To manage and monitor Clinic operations and enhance the Clinic service offering by building a strong referral base aimed at sustainable business growth and development.
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage all financial processes and practices within the Clinic to ensure sustainable growth and development
- To ensure efficient and effective operational management of clinic services and functions
- To optimise the patient experience
- To implement and monitor business development initiatives
- To ensure regulatory and legal compliance
- To effectively and efficiently manage the team
Job Requirements:
- A relevant diploma in a healthcare related field
- Extensive experience in a cosmetics is a bonus
- Previous healthcare management experience in revenue cycle management, patient administration and customer service is desired
- Working knowledge of the local healthcare market
- Quality Management knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of all policies and procedures related to the regulatory authorities and facility licensing
- Accounting and financial management principles
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory/junior management role in a healthcare environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management is desired
