Main Responsibilities :
The candidate is responsible for the smooth operation of the marina and adjoining water sports centre. Working in close collaboration with the Director of Marina, customer support team, berth masters and our water sports partners, the candidate will demonstrate several key competencies in a range of areas which includes marina operational management, incorporating team training, coordination and performance management, fuel station operation, health & safety policy and practice, risk management and compliance, executive customer service delivery, coordination of berthing, quality control on services delivered by marina teams and partners, coordination of infrastructure PPM, liaison with hotel teams on a variety of adjacencies.
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a senior leadership/management capacity and 5 years operational experience in a leading marina. Certification with GMI/TYHA/MIA an advantage as are language skills relevant to the region. Career field transfers welcome on the basis of relevancy and meeting minimum competency requirements.
