Venture Search is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Compliance Professional to join their Executive Leadership Team. The required experience will include multi-jurisdictional regulatory exposure (including but not limited to DFSA, FSRA, FCA etc. – with some APAC exposure being beneficial).
Given the nature of our client’s business, previous experience is required working in an environment with exposure to multiple business lines, senior stakeholders, and geographies. I.e. having previously held senior compliance positions within a global bank or financial institution.
The candidate would have preferably worked in, or started their career in, a developed market under best in practice regulation i.e. FCA.
