Manager Treasury Back Office & Cash Mgmt


  • To manage day to day working of Payments & Cash Management operations
  • Support in conducting the day to day operations of treasury back office function money markets, FX, Swaps and other related treasury products
  • Conduct client trainings for online banking channels –Swift, file gateway and Internet banking platforms.
  • Handling and responding to client queries relating to all transactional activities within agreed turnaround times.
  • Training and guiding teams in handling of day to day operation in transaction operations.
  • To operate as a primary contact for offshore BAU issues, including system and procedural issues.
  • Preparation of business requirement documents and reviewing of functional specification documents.
  • Perform and lead UAT relating to Payments, Cash management and Treasury operations
  • Performing Daily Quality checks for process and providing feedback by identifying areas of improvement.
  • To manage and analysis of existing work practices – system and procedure– identifying risks and areas for improvement and enhancing the controls environment
  • Updating of department process notes and process flows in line with system changes and new regulations and process.
  • Act as back up and support for other areas of transaction operations
  • Record management and Resilience planning of transaction operations in line with local and group regulations and process
  • Preparation and presenting of department MI and regular monthly packs for different forums.

  • To build excellent working atmosphere and encourage team spirit.
  • Provide job enrichment and diversification to staff within the unit through involvement in challenging tasks, projects and system
  • Representing transaction operations at various risk and governance forums in country, regional and group level.
  • Developing people and cross training team members crating adequate bench strength and back ups.
  • Work closely with internal customers to ensure prompt service delivery and enhance interdepartmental communication.
