Mgr. Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Taking ownership of the smaller retail accounts
• Assisting with international launches
• Ensuring new product forms are created and shared with buying teams
• Ensuring all assets and educational materials are provided to buyers in a timely fashion
• Generating business from existing sales accounts and continuing to help grow them
• Reaching out to select sales accounts with new release information and prompting accounts for orders
• Engaging in sales presentations
• Organizing trainings for the field team to education customer service call centers
• Providing general sales support and sales analysis
• Completing retailer related forms
• Keeping inventory accounts and doing margin analysis
• Reviewing inventory and POs to alert us to place reorders
• Coordinating and executing reorders
• Processing retail orders via our warehouse and ensuring they ship on time
• Creating and updating Assortment Decks
• Updating product pages for retailers (image and IL updates)
• Working with sampling partners to pitch product and negotiate terms
• Working with team on shipments and handling logistics
• Maintaining launch calendars and communicating any timing changes with the team & retailers
