Role Purpose

This role will play a pivotal role in the launch and maintenance of the OmniChannel Agenda and pipeline. Main responsibilities will cover:

  • Manage and trade the website P&L and omnichannel budget
  • Ensure Tenant onboarding process is as seamless for tenants and brand retention
  • Set and monitor KPIs and SLAs for account managers
  • Manage the content team and agencies to ensure online to offline relevancy on products, content, editorial and marketing (monetisation and social media)
  • Manage the operations and partners for a seamless fulfilment and payment experience

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Leadership:

  • Provide leadership in defining the success criteria and plan for achieving top line, revenue and costs savings to manage the P&L successfully and above target
  • Understand business needs of all tenants in an ever-changing business environment and amend the process or strategy accordingly as and when needed
  • Partner with all departments including mall marketing, B2B COE, analytics, leasing and Product Management teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in existing tenant portfolio
  • Partner with other business units and group initiatives like SHARE or MAF Pay to drive additional KPIS above and beyond the ones set by management

Key Job Functions:

  • Lead the account managers and administrators to ensure all KPIs and stretch targets are met
  • Ensure onboarding within the set SLA and on occasions onboard key brands and tenants if the account managers are at capacity
  • Iron out any process issues or technical challenges immediately to ensure a good perception of a seamless onboarding journey for brands
  • Provide improvement ideas and plans needed to improve the onboarding process and ensure brand retention online and offline
  • Rollout of the platform to new malls and all the GCC with an onboarding alignment plan and the right organisation structure to support and maintain growth
  • Be flawless in simulating business cases to justify any new incremental costs to the business
  • Once operational manage the trading of the websites as well as growth opportunities by working with all needed departments to educate and enable operational adoption
  • Provide a strategy to achieving the top line and revenue P&L as well as opportunities for reducing costs and making the business cases profitable
  • Lead the content management side of the business to ensure all photography, content, copywriting (English and Arabic), social pages, blogs and editorials are relevant with in stock items as well as supporting mall campaigns and needs
  • Define and document any new process that is needed to support the omnichannel business operationally
  • Handhold and educate the business with change management practices needed to ensure omnichannel mindset is adopted at all levels of the organisation
  • Manage partners and third parties needed to operate any end to end journeys for the business such as fulfilment partnerships, central omni offerings (Click and collect, mall returns and in mall trials), photo studios needed to set the bar as high for our consumers as possible to differentiate us from the competitive market
  • Cater for the business needs proactively on all fronts or as and when set by line management
