Management Accountant | Corporate Retail Finance | Dubai, UAE
Overview of the role
Assist in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, Financial Analysis, Contingency Planning, Automation, Projects and Administration
The role is a part of the central BP&A team, serving multiple brands under AF Retail
Timely and accurate completion of assigned responsibilities is essential as key business decisions are made based on the reporting provided
Work with multiple stakeholders in the brand and digital teams to ensure accuracy of budget planning and reporting to management
What you will do
1) Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Responsible for the Strategic Plan, Budget and Forecasts for the Digital cost center
2) Reporting, Financial Analysis, Contingency Planning: Prepare all digital performance reports and dashboards, e-commerce P&Ls, corporate digital reports and provide value-add insights on the performance of digital initiatives
3) Projects: Support businesses in the preparation of feasibility analysis for e-commerce launches and take the lead on the preparation of financial analysis for digital projects and solutions.
4) Administration: Support the Admin assistant in ensuring all POs are created and invoices are submitted and paid in a timely manner
Skills
Required Skills to be successfulCommerce graduate with 4 years’ experience within Finance/AccountingGood working knowledge of other MS office packagesPrior experience with an ERP, preferably SAPPrior experience building reports in PowerBI is a plus What equips you for the roleThe candidate should have adequate working knowledge of budgeting, financial / management reporting in Middle East preferably with exposure to Digital retail.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning and organizing skills and good business acumen.The candidate should be able to effectively interact and work within and outside team. He / She should demonstrate ability to develop and maintain healthy relationship with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of results.
