Important group of restaurants, with expansion in Dubai, requests Maintenance Technician for kitchen equipment:

Duties and responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the different kitchen equipment such as extraction hoods, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, mixers and vacuum packers, among others.

• Manage specialized maintenance with external providers.

• Manage the budgets established for equipment maintenance.

• Carry out regular tours of the different facilities for the timely detection and repair of faults.

• Technical career in refrigeration, mechanics, electricity or electromechanics.• 4 years of experience in a similar position• Previous experience in handling manual tools and digital measurement• Knowledge in autogenous welding and replacement of compressors.
