Job Description:
Lead the plant leadership team in developing the plant’s overall CI plan in alignment with the Plant Director and corporate CI improvement teams to create a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, elimination of waste, and KPI improvement;
Job Responsibilities:
- Coach the process of developing standard work practices across the plant;
- Works with the Plant Director and leadership team in analysing key performance indicators to increase efficiency
- Ensures that CI training, tools, test practices and resources are available to employees at all levels;
- Map the Plant: reviewing flows, analysing root cause and re- engineering processes;
- Design and manage of lean projects across plants, functions and product lines in line with designed processes, technical issues and new system changes
Job Requirements:
- Availability to travel to HQ offices or other plants
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills (MS ,SAP)
- Ability to resolve conflicts and problems and to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership skills and ability to interact at various levels
- Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing
- At least 7/8 years of proven working experience in a similar role using modern Continuous Improvement methods and knowledge of manufacturing process improvement techniques
- Leadership skills and ability to interact at various levels, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management and analytical skills
