We are the house of experts with a collective experience of over 80 years and hundreds of successful transactions. The founders are also key members and shareholders of Arabian Global Investments LLC, established in 2007.


As Luxury Real Estate Specialist with DAR AL AQAR REAL ESTATE LLC, your duties and responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients and briefing the Line Manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.

· Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales and leasing in the specialized area, either independently or in conjunction with other sales agents.

· Meeting monthly Sales targets set by the Management.

· Collect necessary property information and keep record of database.

· Generate, prepare and publish property listings, after studying market pricing to promote properties through company marketing channels and online portals.

· Assess prospective buyers and source properties for current and perspective investors.

· Arrange requested property viewings with potential clients.

· Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords. All paperwork documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated through our database or company computers will remain the property of Dar Al Aqar Real Estate.

· Ensuring that any correspondence generated to clients, developers or owners is prepared in accordance with established company guidelines and is of a high professional standard.

· Ability to introduce yourself to potential prospects on professional level.

· Following up as necessary on all leads assigned by senior management and generate reports on the status of the process.

· Understand and analyze the clients need and provide with solution.

· Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Accounts Department, once the transaction has been done to process the corresponding commission.

· To adhere to the highest possible ethical Standards, and to apply goal-oriented practices. This will help to ensure that both you and the company maintain and protect its established presence and reputation as a market leader in all aspects of real estate.

· Must follow company policies, attendance policy, and report scheduled viewings and meetings out of office.

· Strictly follow the Fellowship Properties Code of Conduct for Property Consultants.

· Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyer and seller till the successful process completion.

REQUIREMENTS5+ years of Real Estate Experience in DubaiRussian, Chinese and French speakers preferredRERA licensedDriving License and carProven sales record
