About the Client:
A well-established food production company based in Ajman
Implement and follow up customers’ needs and inquiries with the other departments.
Manage Logistics/ Customer services budget by develop cost-effective plans
Follow up customers feedback regarding the company services & product in order to avoid any problems
Ensure that all orders are delivered to customers on time and in good conditions
Develop & Implement Policies & procedure for Customers services & Logistics department
Solve any problems related to customers complaints and queries
Track and develop the company services that provided to customers
Make sure all logistic vehicles are safe and efficient during the work proper and according to requirement
