Job description / Role

• Position Title: Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Agent
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Salary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
• Job Location: DAFZA, UAE

About the Client:
• A construction building materials company that the main areas of interest are building facades, cable manufacturing, aluminum castings, production and distribution of HVAC equipment etc.

Job Role:
• Receives daily store transaction and direct shipment
• Updates the software with all transaction plus new codes
• Attests shipping invoices and issue certifications of origin
• Updates the account status of the sales invoices
• Receives customer’s Official Purchase Orders
• Prepares and process Purchase Orders to supplier
• Prepares Delivery Status
• Handles all claims to supplier for defectives, shortage, missing parts
• Make sure that all involved parties are informed about coming shipments
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
• Coordinates with customers in regards with the shipments
• Solves client-specific freight/shipment issues from point of order placement to completion
• Follow up with clients/customers with updated shipment information and availability
