This job opportunity is for a large Automotive company based in UAE.
As a Logistics Consultant, you would be responsible to set up a centralized logistics department, build on processes, develop and implement strategy and systems. Develop a Fleet Management System to ensure fleet optimization, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Identify areas for improvement such as departmental performance, system automation and digital transformation to optimize the supply chain procedures. Set deadlines, monitor progress and document improvement plans for the existing and upcoming projects. Increase utilization of the fleet and facilitate new revenue streams. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in the planning and execution of projects, procurement, and transportation issues.
