Job description / Role
From small beginnings, our client has grown exponentially and now operates on an international platform. As they continue to expand their Asian and Middle East operations, they are seeking to recruit and experienced Administration Coordinator to assist with the operational set up of the Dubai office, coordinating extensively with their counterparts in India.
This role will assist with all day to day office administrative duties, but will focus heavily on the shipping and logistics aspects, including, import / export documentation, shipping, account management, bill of lading documentation, finance and LC administration, supplier / customer liaison and purchase and sales contracts.
