Legal role with a government entity based in Abu Dhabi, with a primary focus on litigation and court matters. Seeking a UAE National due to emiratisation
Client Details
This is a Federal government entity with a hugely important role in the functioning and advancement of the UAE. They have a well structured legal team which is very stable, having taken on a Head of Litigation last year they are looking for a UAE national for further support
Description
* Support handling of litigation cases (all interactions with courts)
* support with decisions related to triggering enforcement actions
* Provide input on enforcement sanctions and penalties
* Review the work of external law firms when outsourcing
