Great opportunity to join a well-established company in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Secretary – Arabic Speaker you will support a number of Senior Managers with their day-to-day administrative needs. Maintaining office systems, including data management, doing all secretarial work, Responsible for answering phone calls, documentation, and archiving, Performing daily administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and document filing, and sending emails to clients. Schedules and arranges meetings.

The Candidates need to be fully experienced as Secretary tasks Qualifications: Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder.Preferably with at least 2 years UAE work experience in Legal/Law as Secretary.Can join immediately.Excellent in Arabic/English (Writing and Speaking).Organizing meetings/lunches and conference callsEmail administration (including email filing/printing/distribution and dealing with inquiries in a timely manner)Excellent English communications skills (reading, writing, verbal), Knowledge in Arabic and other languages would be a plusWilling to be work and be based in Abu Dhabi
