Job description / Role

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in leasing administration, contract administration.
• Working experience in any property management, facility management company.
• Work collaboratively with Business Development and Marketing Department in marketing the properties to ensure lease of retail/office space transactions
• Generate leads through networks and cold calls and assist with referrals and inquiries
• Set daily appointments to find quality leads
• Provide intelligent real estate solutions to clients
• Assist client meetings and conduct presentations to clients
• Facilitate commercial viewing
• Collaborate with the research team for good listing opportunities available in the market by categories, area and property type that the company seeks to acquire
