Real estate company seeking an experience Leasing Director to join their Retail team.

Description

* Responsible for all retail leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating retail lease transactions and agreements
* Plan annual budget for year and monthly timeline
* Conduct retail market analysis and data collection in tune with current market trends and present to upper management
* Monitor rental or lease agreements and manage/advise on the lease contracts to suit the individual requirements of the leased units
* Advertise for lease or rent on the property, mapping of tenant mix
* Ensure standardised completion of all necessary paperwork and document control procedures across the portfolio
* Creation and management of minimum design standards with the tenants across department
* Execute sales and marketing plans for retail portfolio
* Oversee and coordinate operations of leasing departments and lead existing Leasing team
* Vend upcoming properties to high end clients
* Enhance value of existing retail assets
