Job Description:

KPMG Learning Services (KLS) delivers innovative, bespoke and high quality learning to a number of high profile public and private sector clients. The role combines senior leadership of Service Centres, Change Management, Project Management whilst growing and implementing new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Supporting proposals/bids for new work, providing insight and vision for future opportunities, working with a wide range of sectors and clients


  • Implementing new contracts into the Service Centre model, working closely with the Transformation Team to ensure a smooth transition


  • To effectively shape and manage processes for the client ensuring a high level of customer service to all customers leading to improved learner experience


  •   Oversee day to day client relationship activities and provide input, preparation and support to Performance Reporting


  •  Driving technology changes to support the learning business, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficiencies and savings


  • Ability to engage all staff in change initiatives including technological improvements
