Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead the firm’s learning technology team and evolve the learning technology roadmap to prepare for the future of work. They will also lead a team of learning consultants supporting cross functional (business & digital skills) learning programs through innovative and engaging approaches. Finally, the candidate will play a critical role in managing and driving collaboration through the firm’s Learning Community of Practice, ensuring a strong partnership across all learning teams and that they are well supported to achieve their goals.
Job Requirements
- Leveraging your business acumen to influence leaders to drive change
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for programs and engage stakeholders firm-wide in that vision
- Develops team members through mentoring, coaching, and sharing best practices
- Integrate learning opportunities into our people’s day-to-day work experience
- Develop and coach team members to develop innovative, interactive, and engaging learning programs, e-learning courses, and virtual programs based on performance learning objectives
- Evaluate and propose new digital learning methodologies and tools
- Source external partners for learning initiatives where appropriate, consolidating external partner roster firm-wide
- Manage all our third party learning providers, working with procurement to ensure favorable terms and a positive ROI
