KPMG Summer Internship – Oracle Cloud HCM

Job Description:

KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Oracle HCM in Enterprise Solutions for our Oracle Consulting practice.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of experience both leading Oracle HCM Cloud end-to-end engagements and working on sales and business development activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
• At least two full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud engagements.
• Travel may be up to 80% when safe to do so
• Lead HR business transformation day-to-day project activities enabled by Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. p
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients
• Work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
• Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements
