Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting reports including loss of profits quantum reports, investigations reports, sections of pleadings, witness statements for financial issues
• Analysis of financial and digital evidence
• Identifying dispute resolution mechanisms and resolving disputes
• Leading fraud and forensic investigations
• Advising clients in relation to accounting and financial issues
• Managing new and existing client relationships
• Assisting on accounting aspects of fraud, financial and regulatory investigations, compliance and risk assessments

Job Requirements:

• Compliance related experience
• Business intelligence gathering capability
• An understanding of corporate transactions
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to problem solve and analyse and assimilate data quickly
• Strong eye for detail
• Ability to multitask high pressurised engagements with sensitive / adversarial situations and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Forensic accounting experience across investigations and commercial disputes desirable but not essential
